Our federal client requires a Senior Organizational Design and Classification Consultant to support design, development, implementation of a comprehensive, effective and ‘evergreen’ Onboarding Program.
- Discovery and OAG Onboarding Program Framework Design
- Creative Execution (Design, Development and, as required, Implementation Support for each component of the OAG Onboarding Program Framework)
- Monitoring and Evaluation of the new Onboarding Program
- Impactful, timely and recurring engagement
- Effective organizational support
- Ease of internal delivery and management

- Provide 2 recent case studies demonstrating the design, development, implementation and/or evaluation of Onboarding programs or comparable organizational procedures and practices for welcoming, engaging, growing and retaining new employees and/or new executives.
- Demonstrate 10+ years of experience in organizational development or Human Resources
- Demonstrate 5+ years of experience leading and managing the delivery of projects
- Demonstrate 5+ years of experience designing and implementing effective leadership development and/or adult learning/adult education programs.
- Attestation letter of bilingualism from 2 clients
